This template should be used on articles describing an on-line casino famous players. See the example player article.

Usage

Copy a blank version to use. All parameters must be lower case. Some parameter use a space while others use an underscore as shown.

All fields are optional unless marked with a (*). The best practice is to omit any field that you don't use but when a mandatory field is omitted, its label will still display with an empty value.
